Do you accept insurance?
Yes! Liz Byrnes is currently in-network with the following insurance companies:
Oxford
United Healthcare
Aetna
Oscar Health
Cigna
If you do not see your insurance listed, please call your insurance company as most clients receive some out-of-network reimbursement for our services. Byrnes Mental Health Counseling can provide you receipts of payment every month with all the information needed to submit to your insurance company. It is important to note that insurance rates vary widely based on the specific plan. Please call your insurance company and inquire about out-of-network mental health benefits. Ask your insurance representative what percentage they reimburse for 45 minute or 60 minute, weekly therapy sessions with a licensed mental health counselor; the CPT code for a 45-minute session is 90834 and a 60-minute session is 90837.

What form of Payment do you accept?
Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, all major credit cards and checks with a valid driver’s license. If you prefer to pay by credit card, you will be asked to complete a credit card authorization form and your credit card will be processed after every session attended. There is a small service fee for use of credit card.
